It's August !

It's Good to be back !

So you've noticed that its almost spring and um , well that means summer is only 16 weeks away ! It's ok we all may have that winter coat from those hot chocolates and winter warmer comfort foods.

But what does that mean for you ? Does it mean you stop eating? Let's not forget about hydrating ! No it means you can still eat go out for that drink and even go on date night. By all means ill be the first to do it and it is friday and i do have the afternoon off...

This doesn't mean you stop eating , start some ridiculous amount of nothing or go extreme and limit yourself to a specific amount of calories , nope it means eat well , eat clean and always eat enough. While that alone can be a mission for some it means making better choices while i am all for enjoying a decent meal out every week , i know when to decline and when not to. If you find yourself failing in this area maybe you need some more discipline.

Understanding that when you wake up , you're body while sleeping has been rejuvenating , repairing and resting. So you need to nourish and replenish your body , its organs and then also have enough going in to prepare you for your day ! So eating is vital and is essential for longevity and good health and the energy and constant ongoing recovery and function of your body's everyday needs. Pending what your food preferences are , and understanding that you need to eat atleast 3-5 times a day to keep you metabolism going and your body prepped , fueled and charged,will help the doctor away as shown in a previous post of mine.

So don't stop eating , infact eat more and get outside or engage in some activity when you can it doesn't have to be the end of the world just means another box ticked off on your list for the day , keep it fun don't let it be a chore!
